This section of the web site contains a range of documents intended for member's only. This includes minutes of our AGM and Family Business Meetings. Also available are various Church policies, procedures and forms.

Important ... some documents will require a password. Please contact the Church administrator or Office Manager for access.  

Why is this all necessary?

Holdfast Baptist Church wants its members to be involved in the Church, and as part of this wants to make information, minutes, policies, etc. available to members. However many of the documents in this area of the web site contain information that is not suitable for the public domain, such as minutes of Church Family Meetings. 

All members who are involved in leadership of children & youth activities are required by law to have a National Police Certificate. This can be accessed below. Please type in all required details on page 1, take the form to your local police station with your appropriate documentation and, after it has been stamped by the police, return to the Holdfast Baptist Church office staff who will send it off for processing.
